                    Red Kitchen Dining Events are Back

After a short break Avantgarde, in New Market and Free Range Chef have teamed up to put on our once a month exclusive fine dining experience, now with themed menus from around the world.

                          Next Event 15th March 2014 with a South American themed menu




                                           Amuse Bouche
 Empanada Pascualina
 Mini pastry parcels filled with silver beet, egg and parmesan cheese



Starter             Herradura Blanco Tequila Ceviche
    Fresh snapper, octopus and scallop, cooked in lime and tequila
     Served with avocado sorbet, chili, pomelo and red corn chips


Vegetarian alternative

                                 South American ricotta Arepas
Crispy corn cakes with soft ricotta centre, served with a red pepper, 
    and sour dough, Salmorejo sauce, light dressed salad


Main
   Chargrilled Skirt steak with Chimichurri
Served with a warm quinoa, corn and broad bean salad, Chickpea Tacu Tacu and Romesco sauce


Vegetarian alternative

   Carbonada criolla
              Argentinean  Squash ,Vegetable and quinoa Ragoût


 Dessert

  Deconstructed Alfajores
A light Alfajores biscuit, layered with Dulce de Leche mousse, salted chocolate delice, chocolate paper and a quenelle of  
 rum infused Crème Fraiche
